.....tick, tick, tick......

......with twelve days to go until our baby's due date, I am constantly hearing the ticking of the imaginary timer in my head.....I force myself to muster every last ounce of energy so I can spend adventurous time with my girls......in between scrubbing refrigerators and freezers and mopping the floor one last time, as the thought of coming home from the hospital to a dirty house just doesn't seem right......we are savoring it all......and because I have a baby monitor to set up and a hospital bag to pack, I will make this brief......

.....a quick glimpse at the things we savor as we wait for our home to become fuller......

....lazy Friday breakfasts with fresh fruit, good cartoons and mini chocolate muffins from Bagel Bob's........

.....spontaneous trips to the Children's Museum right in the middle of lunchtime because Momma couldn't get out of the house any sooner......

......Callie falling head over heels for Diego's baby jaguar the instant she found him.....she dragged that stuffed animal with her everywhere throughout the museum.......

.......and when she found something she wanted to do that required two hands, guess who got to hold that dirty thing?......

.....bright, sunny 53 degree Saturdays that summon us to walk to the petting zoo for the morning.....

......and it's a three mile round trip walk, so maybe this will inspire our little one to make the big debut.......soon.....

.....spring care packages that completely catch us by surprise......

.....a girl who loves to get dolled up for no reason.....

....just because this is such a joyous time for our family as we revel in anticipation.....
