....have mercy.....

.....I am one of the lucky ones who was fortunate enough to read to my children tonight and tuck them in to bed.....I was able to kiss to crooks of their necks after they drifted off and I watched them sleep......my babies are peaceful, safe and still have not lost their innocence.....twenty sets of parents did not get that privilege tonight......and six others who were murdered today have children, mothers, fathers, husbands, sisters, brothers or wives grieving.......

.....the evil cruelty is unfathomable.....my thoughts and prayers go to all of those mourning in Newtown, CT and the surrounding areas.....

.....each day is a gift in itself and sometimes it takes acts of tragedy to help us remember to savor it all just a little bit more than we did the day before......

.....May the Lord bless you and keep you;
may the Lord make His face shine down upon you and be gracious unto you.
May the lord lift His countenance upon you and give you peace.....
